Easy to use. Simply spread out the damaged fabric on a firm surface for example ironing board. Cut out the patch on all sides, leaving at least 1 cm excess than round off edges. Place the iron-on patch on the fabric with the coated side facing downwards. If it’s a cotton or linen, set the iron to level 3 and iron on for about 25 seconds with firm pressure. For more delicate fabrics set the iron to the permissible maximum temperature and iron on for about 35 seconds. Place a thin cloth or ironing net on top for protection. Leave the garment to cool off for a few minutes than turn inside out and iron on the wrong side for about 25–30 seconds, applying pressure. Then leave the piece of clothing in place to cool off. If necessary repeat the ironing process.
